Before independence, Business Services formed about 5% of newly registered companies which has grown to 27%. Similar growth can be seen in the construction sector which has risen to 8% from 1% before Independence. It is interesting to note that 68% of Business service companies have been registered during the last ten years. Community, personal & Social Services have gained attention during the last decade. The finance sector has also shown a massive growth of 25% in the number of registration of companies in the last decade.
